Dealers - Ride Irish??

Nice horses... good trying out facilities...... high prices...... some younger than advertised....mixed reviews.

Write your own receipt and dont expect a passport that matches your horse....... though nothing really dodgy.

Know a couple of people that have bought well ane been happy, but there have been a few that were not so happy

And if you aren't happy they do not take it back. Took a friend nearly a year to get a totally not as described horse taken back. (Was sold as a made hunter and had obviously never hunted).

Ditto all of this!

My friend and I both had similar experiences with them too!

We both decided not to buy, although hers would have been a far worse mistake than mine.

I purchased a horse from them 3 weeks ago, so far all good! He show jumps like a pro, hacks alone, dosen't spook, very bold and an absolute sweety in the stable/field.
He's a gorgeous grey, 4 years old and didn't cost big bucks.

Tried a couple of others and looked at a lot of horses that were unsuitable in the yard (ie, had scars, blemishes, unsuitable confirmation). We were there about 3 hours and it was a good experience. Would buy from them again.

When I was looking I also went to Rapkyns - really nice horses, smart yard, excellent jumpers, but high prices.

And went to Prestwood Farm, very small horses, green on the flat, but all absolutley gorgeous looking!

Have ridden plenty of horses down there and loved them all but its buyer beware as with all dealers and just understand you won't get money back if you change yor mind!
