This is a question which has been bothering me for some time.
HHO has banned all discussion of dealers, due to 'breaches of Ts&Cs' - when in fact mostly what I have seen is people giving their opinion of various dealers they have used in the past.
However, in the 'acceptable use of the breeding board' sticky, point 8 says
So why can I not post factually accurate comments on the service provided by a dealer? Seems to me like HHO thinks stud/stallion owners have to just suck it up if someone comments unfavourably on them, but dealers are immune from the effects of bad experiences being communicated on sites like this.
Is it that HHO just think/know dealers will sue and stud/stallion owners won't?
Feels like one rule for dealers, one rule for the rest of the world.....or maybe I am just reading it wrongly?
