dealing yards in europe looking to import to uk?????

hi there

i was just wondering if anyone knew of any yards in europe (dealing yards) that were looking for yards in the uk the export their horses to to sell for them here in the uk on a commission basis????


any ideas or comments welcome!

I think it will be pretty difficult to just get yards to send them over on a commission basis only, don't get me wrong, i know it's possible.

The best way to get started is to find a client to go over with and select horses over there, and if you can liase successfully between all the parties resulting in a successful (profitable) and satisfactory outcome for everyone, then you are getting your "foot in the door" a little. Breeders/Dealers will be more inclined to trust you, if you have proven you can come up with the goods.
The other alternative is to buy either one horse, or invest in shares of several, have them shipped over and settle the balance once the horse/s sell.

Yes it is possible, but as always you have to prove your worth. Either by being very succesfull & known, or buying plenty over a reasonable amount of time.
Would you let your horses go to another Country without payment not knowing much about the person taking them away!
