I paid for you to be brought in today
Cus I had to work away,
I came back to your stable, I looked at it,
And found you had filled it with horse ****
You neighed at me saying dont go,
lets stay and eat hay, away from the snow,
I gave you your tea, you ate at real speed,
but did you have to share your feed?
cold wet chaff inside my top
- when will this snow chuffing stop?
I put you out, you walk real quick,
you gave me a warm chaffy lick,
I dropped the rope, all in a muddle
and you dragged me into a giant puddle.
We made it to the field, i said goodbye,
wiping chaff from my eye,
you stayed on my shoulder, just like a parrot,
waiting for your regular carrot,
once in your mouth, you turned to go,
with a full belly into the snow......
