Excellent. Responsible ownership is the way forward not demonising certain breeds because they are unfortunate enough to be preferred by certain elements of society.
I asked a vet once and his views were very much that dogs are a product of how they are trained and brought up, he said in some very rare instances poor breeding can result in a dog likely to have more of a disposition to attack but that is not the case with the majority of dogs.
Taking poor owners to task has to be a good thing.
