Define "Retirement Livery" for me?

Please could someone tell me what is expected in retirement livery and the costs expected etc. Is it basically Full livery? Thankies in advance

hi, they few that i saw were basically horses turned out in lovely huge field 24/7 with field shelters and they would provide rugs in winter, adlib hay and routine feet trimming and dentist, cost was apprx £60 p/w i think

Yes, I would class it as basic Full livery plus a few extra's...
