Blackcob, you were quick to see post before I deleted! You are right, I found the answer on google should have done that first before trying to look through my vet books! Have passed the info on to my friend so she knows if she is getting appropriate treatment for the dog. It says on one site that gordon setters are one of the breeds it can affect, Ive had 5 gordons and read loads but never come across this before.
