I'm a bit of a control freak and dont like going into things whatever it may be without being able to get out again. Not that i really need to justify my reasons in the first place really.

How about if you "want out" you just stop posting..... I think only admin can delete an account.....

If there is nothing on your profile to hint as to who you are I would just stop posting, no one can trace your posts to you or probably even cares or will notice you are gone (not meaning to sound unkind but its true!)
