Yes. Click on it, you'll get an Edit or Delete option. But, there is a time limit on it.

If the post is under an hour hold do what MrsM says
If its older , no you can't , and admin won't remove posts on request

As Mrs M says, you can do it within a certain time limit. Hit the Edit button on the post and when it re opens there is an option to edit or delete.
If you are out of time it will tell you.

If you look at the bottom of each post made, Angelbones, you'll see Post Extras then three symbols - if you hover your mouse over one, it says 'Notify Moderator' and just brings that post to Admin's attention once pressed.
I've done it on your OP on the other thread.

Many thanks - surely this weather can't go on forever can it? I had high hopes for 2010 after a particularly dreadful 2009 on so many levels, but so far I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I know I can be my own worst enemy, and just have to get to grip with things. Fingers crossed.

Aww angelbones your obviously quite concerned about this post, i'd try not to worry to much about it, delete it if you can but theres no names or anything mentioned and you dont have location up or photo. lesson learned i guess. x
