Demand for livery - Cambridge/Newmarket area

My job entails me moving to Cambridge/Newmarket area. Rather than try and conduct a long-distance relationship, my partner is willing to move providing we can find a yard to rent from which to run the livery business.

Anyone know of any yards soon to be available in the area + what demand is like for full/competition liveries? PM if you wish.

We've been told the hacking around the Dullingham side of Newmarket is good. Can anyone confirm?
