Denman's owner banned for betting against his own h

If a professional gambler can't bet, then he/she is stymied! After all, win or lose, that is their business.
 
I don't think they've banned him from betting on horseracing, just that he can't visit racecourses or training yards. Presumably his racing friends can't have anything to do with him either, while he is warned off. Although how the BHA can police that in any great detail who knows.
Its a bit of a dogs dinner thats for sure.
 
Ah sorry, I misread what you'd written as they banned him to stop him betting, and if they didn't ban him he could carry on. I did wonder why I'd missed that!

The BHA haven't a clue, have they? They're sat looking for easy targets, and ignoring real bad stuff happening that they don't want to pursue.
