Dentist and feed help

Our 3 year old has suddenly stopped eating her feeds, she is still eating her haylage which is seed haylage and hard ,not soft. I did get her to eat some alfa A if I put a couple of apples in but really wanted the apples not the alfa A. She is eating plenty of grass and looks well but I really want to get her happy in her feeding again.
She had her teeth done by the vet in May as she had wolf teeth out as well but I thought I would get her teeth looked at but have lost the dentist we use name and telephone number. Can anyone help I think she lives near Tamworth and think her name was Alison.
Any other advice would be great
