Dentist...

I need to get the dentist out for Angel, have been avoiding it for ages but I have decided to bite the bullet!

She needs to be sedated for it. As the last guy had to have physio after sorting her teeth out!

Question is do you think it would be better to have the vet do it all, sedate her and then sort her teeth or have the dentist and vet?

Depends if your vet is a good dentist or not.

Well this is the problem my current vets are 20mins away and I only like using one as the others are not always patient enough. They are a general vets with an equine section. The vet i normally use doesn't do dentistry i would have to use another one. It take 20 mins to even sedate her normally!
Another vets 40 mins away that specialise in equines who my YO uses and i have heard to be very patient & very experienced. I would use them but I'm concerned if there is an emergeny ever they are 40 mins away and i would have to change vets if i used them.... So confusing!
