Yes agree completely, fantastic to watch him at work, he takes as long as it takes, no rush at all does it at a rate the horses are comfortable with.

I use Robert Brissenden, he is fab, really good with the horses, my boy was a nervous wreck the first time he came, 3 times later and he's really chilled! Rob also has battery operated power tools, which are much quieter for the horses!
