Dept of Transport Questionnare-JM7???

I have been sent a compulsary questionnare about my Horsebox. Has anyone else had one? I haven't a clue how to complete it. All I know is it's Blue & Silver and carries horses

It's at home, I'll try and bring it with me tomorrow. It's asking all sorts of questions

it does happen sometimes , dont worry about it, they send us all sorts of stuff to fill in when we do a coachbuild on a used chassis. Most of the time its to see if it is fit for purpose and not modified in an unsafe way.
