thats what I thought. For the price I'm happy to wait a few months for it to arrive if necessary.

However plenty of people must get their deliveries otherwise they simply wouldnt be trading.

Does seem like a bit of a fire sale though.
 
Wanted the roeckel london gloves, they didn't have them in my size, wanted a toggi polo shirt, size guide said s = size 10, when in the checkout area it said size 8 which will be way to small, looked at a numnah, they only had pony size, so then I gave up. It's just pot luck with those kinds of things I think, if they have things in your size potential great bargains to be had - if they ever turn up! But as has been said, if been paid for on credit card should be easy enough to get back through the bank/card provider anyway.
 
The fact that so many items are in the odder sizes probably says they are in stock, if they were taking orders with no intention of filling them surely they would offer you whatever you wanted

I have ponies that take 4'0 and 4'3 rugs so I'm a pretty happy bunny right now lol. I'm also paying by credit card just in case!
 
just had a look- they have a £130 show jacket in there?!?! and a £60 coat- added both to the basket and put the code it... £12.50 each... really want to order just to see if they come (highly doubt it!)
 
One of my orders is confirmed as despatched so I am keeping the faith for now...

I put aside my reservations about Derby house and ordered some denim jods and a cream stock shirt. I'm not desperate for them so it doesn't really matter if they take ages to arrive.
 
Ive had 2 6ft6 lightweight turnouts, a pair of Rockel london glooves and a 4ft3 fly sheet.
Got them all this morning.
Really pleased with everything!
 
Ah so people's orders are turning up?

As was worried to place order but if they are turning up I know what I'll be doing tonight as having boring night in anyway!
 
Am i being daft or does this code only work on the pic n mix section. Its just people are talking about show jackets and i cant see one in that section

Sorry if I'm think but slightly confused.

As stuff sells out it's being taken off that section. I looked on Tuesday and the 2 for £25 section had about six pages but by thursday it was down to three or four pages. Def were show jackets on there to start with
 
One of my items I ordered on wed has arrived so far .... They did say on the phone my roeckl gloves were being ordered in so should have them by next week . Ordered two pairs of Jods for £5 each !!?

Ordered on the 25th and emailed them yesterday asking for an estimate of when I could expect them and how long orders typically take to process as it's kinda concerning it has now taken them 6 days (so far) to process the order....Other companies manage to do it in a day or two so don't know why they need so long xD
 
Anyone else not able to get into the 2 for 25 offers tonight? I can't get into it for some reason, it keeps coming up an error message :(
 
just had an email from them, unable to supply with one of the items I ordered due to a 'system error'

I've been told I've been refunded for that one item
