I just received a pair of jodphurs that I ordered on the 25th June! Derby House cancelled the order without notifying me so I tried contacting them via phone, email, twitter and facebook, never once getting a reply and I forgot all about it, then much to my surprise they turned up today. They've taken so long to arrive, I have lost weight so they are too big!!
 
Please stop exaggerating. That's only really a 4.5 month delivery time. I don't know why you are complaining :p

Bets on how long it will take to get a refund? :p
 
I think I might win this one, voucher from May that they still say is valid but I cant get it to work, waiting for them to call since 27th may!

I'm sorry if something similar has been mentioned before but I have recently had a lot of difficulty with Derby House . They haven't sent me the goods I have ordered or refunded the money that they have debited from my account. I have noticed on social media that my complaint is very common! I am wanting to raise awareness of this and create an area where people can share complaints and unite - the reason for this is to achieve strength in numbers and then deliver a large complaint to trading standards and their governing body.
