Derby House - anyone had any problems paying online?

I am trying to buy things online and the whole thing goes smoothly until I submit my order. The website then comes up with HTTP 500 internal server error, this page cannot be displayed.

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

I have done in the past and it was because there was limited stock of said item. Phone them and they'll sort it for you. They'll also check you've not been charged twice!!!!!!

I have checked my bank and nothing appears to have gone out, will have to keep a close eye on it as I tried a few times so at this rate I could well have spent over £500 and taken all the remaining stock of the same rug!!!

Hmm Derby House seem a bit funny atm - I had problems in the checkout last week. Money has gone out but still haven't received my items yet....

This is the first time I have actually orded anything from DH.

Could it be possibly because they were low on stock that your items have taken so long to be delivered? Just wondering as my rug says it could take up to 10 days to be delievered.
I am sure they will turn up soon.

Not everything comes from the mail order warehouse. If the warehouse haven't got something in stock then they have to ask a store to send it so it's up to the store staff to find it, sort the courier and send it in between serving customers, etc. It's done as promptly as possible but that's why it might take longer than you expect.
