Ordered some long yard boots on Monday night, Woof Wear lookalikes, their own brand. They are on offer at the mo for £26.99 so actually cheaper than ones I saw on Ebay. Came today and they are fab. Very impressed with their service.!

Glad your happy :) and I'm actually shocked at there rapid service, after waiting nearly a month for one polo shirt, for which they'd already taken the money out of my bank for I cancelled it and had to ask to be reimbursed :/

Do you have a link for these boots, they sound good? x

If you go on their website, I just googled Derby House, it brought it up. They are advertised on the front page. They will be listed under yard/mucker boots. They are normally £32.99 but are on offer for £26.99 not plus £4.95 postage. Would say they are a very good copy of the Woof ones, will have to see how they wear.

Sounds like Derby House have improved their service since you last used them. Just noticed I put bit thumbs up instead of big thumbs up in thread title.. Must get some glasses!!

Oh right and yes you're right they are nice, I might just be persuaded to get myself some :) and yes lol when i read the thread title I presumed you'd bought a good bit from there :L :D x

Ahaa yes I know that feeling, there's a room in my grandad's house practically filled with the things - most of which we don't even use, I believe there are driving bits, bits for horses pulling farm machinery, snaffles, pelhams etc etc etc. I definetely wouldn't want half of them in my ponies mouth, they're gigantic! :D x

Absolutely shocked at how fast they have come, I waited for a month for my rug!!! Thankfully I didn't need it that quickly!!! I also ordered some breeches but after 6 weeks of waiting I cancelled the order!! Now having said all that, the quality of the derby house rug which I ordered and eventually came is average, I wouldn't compare it to a shires or weatherbeeta rug, but then the price wasn't in the same league!! But the fit is very good and when it's for a youngster I don't mind too much as he'll only grow out of it!!

Ive ordered 2 Rugs off Derbyhouse this summer and i have to say was VERY impressed with their service. I received and e-mail confirming receipt of order, then another to say it had been despatched & a time slot when to expect delivery - and i even had a e-mail after it had been delivered (to work) to say who had signed for it - Both rugs were delivered the following day after ordering them on their standard 5 day delivery! :D

Might go and have a nosey round now ;)

I ordered boots from them in October they sent me an email in NOVEMEMBER saying they were not in stock and would arrive in DECEMBER!!!
Not particularly amused!!

Maybe they got their act together recently then, I certainly cant complain, in fact I was shocked to say the least as it was standard delivery. Most of all the boots are gorgeous!

I've just had (infact it's still ongoing) a nightmare with them over a wrongly-delivered rug. The right one is still to arrive and they said they wouldn't send it until I had sent the one they WRONGLY DELIVERED to me. This meant taking half a day off work. Apparently I "had to see the bigger picture" according to their customer services rep. I told them that "seeing the bigger picture" was their job, not their customers'. Rug has yet to arrive 2 months later. GRRR
