After purchasing kinpurinie long casual boots only wearing in a ménage for one hour these boots ripped my heals and gave me blisters that I have never had from equestrian boots before.
Then DERBY HOUSE EXCEPTED THEY WOULD REPLACE THE BOOT AS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !
After returning the boots Derby house now are saying put cotton wool around the heal for a few weeks and they will wear in (not happy)
Has anyone had the same problem with these boots?

Hi Lori thank you for your reply , I am now into week three and after sending pictures of my heals ect they have now sent boots back to me as they are not faulty>.even thou not fit for purpose! asked trading standers questions they have said as there not faulty they don't have to replace them but might be a design fault! I just cannot believe how they Derby house treat the customer and just want to put out there don't buy from Derby house.

HI Karen a friend of mine had problems when returning some jods wanted her money back but would only give a credit note. I will not buy from them ever again.

I have a pair of Kinpurnie boots, they were a bit sore for a while but leather boots usually are. I had the exact same thing with my Ariats, they gave me a massive blister.

Not fitting you properly/comfortably doesn't make them not fit for purpose, sorry.

Thank you for your reply' I have never had boots in the last 14years do this and on Derby house web site it mentions the boot might drop after a while' not what they suggested put thick cotton wool around your ankle till they wear in,
