Just got an e-mail to say the rugs that i had ordered last week will be dispatched today, when should i expect if i can trust the e-mail? Anyone else got one or already got their rugs?

I haven't got my despatch email yet but my account says "order complete" today so I'm presuming that they'll be set out today. I've found delivery to be speedy once finally despatched!

Generally if they have been dispatched today they will be with you in two to three days max, can sometimes be the next working day if they dispatch before 2pm. Can't say I've dealt with Derby House before but this seems to be the norm for most other mail order companies. Have just ordered a breastplate from them so hope they are fairly prompt!

Actually, they'll show up when they get there - I ordered clothes two weeks ago from the first mid week madness sale and they still haven't arrived today. Fell out with DH again today who have said that some of it has gone via courier and 'should be here this week' (said that last week too
) and the other one has gone via royal mail and will get there 'soon'. Am not chuffed!!
