Derby House e-mails

I'm sure I read that Derby House had gone into receivership but that all cutomers orders already placed would be honoured.
Yet I am still receiving at least two e-mails a day outlining their new offers.
Did I imagine it or are they actually still trading?
I am just curious as I could do with some new boots and no one seems to have a problem with boots

People have been saying that for months.

I still receive many emails a day from then.

Last week I took a risk and ordered a cheap rug, it arrived with no issues.

So who knows what's truely going on!

People have been saying since 2010 that the company had gone bust. In fact I was informed via FB that they had gone into full 'receivership' last Friday.
Who knows?

They are or were in administration which is not the same thing as receivership Subsequently sold to Newtyle company - and this is reflected in the small print on the website - in what looks suspiciously like a Phoenix job

I think they shut down a lot of their actual shops but online is still going. I just received a rug without a problem.
