I have previously experienced very poor customer service, with things being out of stock and no communication and sworn off Derby House.
However they had an excellent offer of buy one get one free on rugs, so I ordered yesterday and they arrived within 24hrs, and the postage was free too!
Maybe they have turned themselves around!

I too had poor customer service from Derby House. Ordered BOGOF breeches, and boots, came within 3 days and the postage was free. Boots were too small so I had to return them paying £7.12 for postage or £12.62 for recorded with tracking no. It then took them a further 2 weeks before they refunded my debit card. Was not happy. However the breeches are fab :)

I have heard many people on here saying they have had bad service. I have ordered loads of stuff from them and i have never had a problem. Everything arrives quickly. Occassionally i have missed the delivery so have to go to depot and collect but that was my fault not theres. Also they have been good when i have had to exchange products

I am pleased with their service. I looked online ordered 2 BOGOF rugs and cheap leadropes day before yesterday via telephone. Lady taking order was great and efficient and rugs arrived today - 2 lightweight turnouts for £30 no postal charge either - I am well impressed - fabulous! :D

Ive had mixed experiences in the past but they have definately got their act together. I recently ordered a few items, one item reduced to £3 odd but I got an email saying it was out of stock and they sent me a £10 voucher! I am still waiting for some boots though, heard nothing and they were a bargain, so Im a bit gutted. I emailed them yesterday but Im expecting to be told it is out of stock.
My only gripe is them sending items seperately, apparantly its because the items are at various stores but when you work its a nightmare as Im never in when they get delivered.

Can't you get them delivered to your work?
Somebody will be able to sign for them then.
I can only send boots, jods, ariats etc out to the registered address on paypal but alot of people have their works address as their registered address so they never miss a parcel, Oz :)

Thanks :). I did in my last job but I dont think I could in this one. Its just one of those things, but if I order say 5 things, chances are I get 3 or 4 parcels. Collecting one from the post Office isnt too bad. It must cost them a fortune sending things seperate. I even got a martingale stop sent seperately

I have to say I have had really good service from them, ordered items and have received them the next day when ive actually paid for 2-3 day delivery.

The only time i had a problem was with some breeches that I had to return, it took several phone calls and 4 weeks before i got the replacements, however, i would definately use them again.
