I just tried to order from their website as they are offering 20% OFF ALL LINES and free postage, iteam did not get discount or postage removed so called them and they said its only selected lines, the email does not say selected lines only etc and no star at the end of comment.

Think I will be talking to trading standards but voted with me feet and have not bought it.
 
Good for you. I refuse to use Derby House after trying on 2 seperate occasions to order from the website. None of the items ever arrived, apparently they were ALL out of stock. If that was the case then maybe a phonecall of email to let me know would have been nice! Said items would be in stock within 2 weeks would send them asap........... 3 months later............. I never recieved any of the items. I sent an angry email, saying I wanted to cancel the order, and never got a reply. That happened to me both times I ever used them, so certainly not a one off! The words wouldn't touch with a bargepole come to mind.
 
Complains about Derby House seem to come up regularly on here. I used them on many occasions years ago without any problems whatsoever but having heard of so many rants about them over the last year or two, wouldn't dare touch them with a barge pole now. Such a pity

I agree. Poor customer service, and the final straw was putting Jordon on the front cover of their catalogue. I couldn't bear having her face on my coffee table, so it promptly went into the bin!

I went into one of their shops, they didnt have any rugs in the size I needed, but they said that I could order from the website, but I would have to pay postage!!!

Am not impressed with them.

My Mum had the same problem last year, ordered stuff for me from a relative for Christmas & never had an email or call to say it was out of stock & wouldn't be dispatched.
 
Ordered a bridle from DH when it came was a totally different colour to advertised sent it back would not refund postage . The products have gone down hill in the last year especially and Jordan on the cover the least said the better !
 
I placed an order today after swearing I would never use them again, I'm not holding out much hope in actually receiving the items but due to the 20% discount thought it was worth a shot

I ordered some Mountain Horse boots from them in August. 3 weeks later got an email to say they were out of stock until October. Contacted them again last week and they said they were now out of stock until the end of November. Never again.
