Derby House Thermal Boots - £15!

do they only last one winter?? was thinking of getting some, but might not bother now

No, not at all. I just made that comment due to how cheap they are! No experience how long they will last but have a set on order as they came back in stock today.

Order them now and you may receive them in time for winter 2015.

Hate to be cynical, but had so many problems with DH, I've given up on them. No matter how good their prices :(

I ordered a pair when they were on sale a while ago. The delivery was very good! The only comment, ive heard is that the leg part isn't waterproof but they're doing me well so far. And when I can find some, I plan to spray them with some waterproofing spray :)

I had a pair a few winters ago when working 10 hours a day 5 days a week on a yard and they lasted me 3 years! just ordered myself a new pair, thanks for the heads up :D

They're great, although I have to it an extra pairbof socks with them, I've had them over a year now and still going :) I must say, my mums now on her second pair as the others split! She ordered her second pair anmonth ago and not coming until April!

I didn't get on at all with mine as I found them to be really uncomfortable, they rubbed me raw no matter what socks or insoles I tried & were only waterproof on the foot part. Although, I gave them to a fellow livery and she loves them!

Does anyone know what the sizes are like? I think I heard somewhere that they come up big and it's better to order a size smaller but can't remember if it was these or not...can someone confirm? Ta :)

I'm another fan of these boots, had two pairs now 1st ones lasted 2 winters and have just had my second pair, they are very generous sizes so go at least one size smaller (i've gone 2 sizes smaller) but are very warm and comfy, yes only waterproof to the ankle but thats normally enough:)

I bought the woof (think its woof??) version at just under £30 and have to say that they were great over the snow/cold snap!

They arent waterproof up the leg so dont wear them when its raining hard but I am really pleased I bought them....think they could have put a bit more insulation around the foot area would be my only criticism.....cant comment about the DH versions but imagine they would be pretty similar...

I have worn mine for 3 years-all through summer too (admittedly feet were very warm!) and they are still going very strongly and I carry out all horsey duties in them inc. riding
