Can anyone clarify for me please ?

I thought the Derby House Winter Novice was the summer version of the Blue Chip Equinox Novice class. i.e 90cms in the first round and runs alongside British Novice, with the same eligibility requirements.

Just been checking the Unex Towerlands website and they have one on the 27th Jan, but the eligibility is the same as for a Newcomers (Not to have won more than £300) !? It is also being run under table A8, which I believe is over 3 rounds, and follows a 1m class. There is a Newcomers to follow though

Anyone know if it is 90cms, or 1.10m, or what ?

No no no, it's Table A8, starts at 1.10, i *think* only 2 qualify and the final is in Hicksteads main arena.

Ooops...Best I don't enter that with the Trike monster then

It does go to the RIHS for the final, and only 2 qualify though

Proper professionals tend to qualify in it.

It's basically another Newcomers then, but probably gets a bit bigger being A8

As for the "proper pro's", I qualified for the Winter and Summer Grade C champs a good few years back now, so nobody should write themselves off completely
