.....have not got any better over the years with their orders, just as bad as they ever were!

I ordered something over a week ago, not particularly excting or particularly expensive. I haven't received it so I went into my account to see what was happening with the order. I expected to see 'despatched' or something similar. Instead it's marked as 'waiting for delivery from manufacturer'..... WONDERFUL!!! It would have been nice for them to let me know! They are getting up to their usual tricks again of advertising items for sale, accepting orders, taking the money & then going off to source the items. I've emailed for an immediate refund & will buy from somewhere else..... I'm just fed up with these types of sellers.

I've never had any issues with them.

But I do use barnstormers and ride away above them, as they are generally cheaper.

They are only to pleased to update their site with 'Reduced from £?' in red.....if they can do that then they could actually put 'Currently Out of Stock' on the item & not mess people about. I've wasted a week getting this item, I now have to get the refund & order from someone else. They are just a waste of time!

I have never had any issues, although when I returned some jods that were too small they only refunded me once I had sent an email asking why it was taking so long.
