The sides of Daisy’s mouth are quite sore and itchy (we think from having been wearing a cone for three weeks, getting sweaty, long hair etc). Vet has recommended washing twice a day with hibbiscrub and then applying Flamazine. She’s also had a steroid jab to try and help the symptoms.

I was just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar and what helped with the healing process.

I actually put vaseline on harrys itchy bit at his mouth a few years back, worked a treat

Flamazine is amazing, it’s what I had for the hole when I had the accident. Thanks for the idea-seeing a doctor for the hole in my ankle today.

The difference since Tuesday is incredible, Flamazine is definitely something to keep in the cupboard from now on
