Hi, i know this should probably be in veterinary, but i thought more people would see it in here.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to clear up, just when i think its clearing more lumps appear

When I bought my horse last year she had rain scald all over her back and legs, we clipped her out and the stuff on her back healed relatively quickly once the air got to it. Legs took a few months to completely clear up from what I can remember!

You just have to keep on top of it. Once you get it under control the hair grows back pretty quickly.
