Agree with others about not 'contaminating' her feed with them, so maybe try to get into a routine of giving her the pill/reward separately. My old loan pony has recently started on medication for cushings and the vet advised us to pop the pill up in his cheek pouch at the side so there is no option of him not taking it, and then shoving a carrot in his mouth for good measure/as a reward.
This might not work for you straightaway as you'd need to get her over her phobia of carrots/treats and you may need to coat/cover the tablet in something before putting it up into her cheek, but worth a go?
