So last night I was told the owner of the paddocks I keep my boys in wants to rest them. I'm devestated as it will leave my two homeless. :( All the other fileds are in use and there is no where for them to go. :(

If anyone has any spare grazing or knows of any I would be greatful if you could let me know, PM me if you'd rather. I'm in the ringwood area so somewhere round there would be idea.
We arn't much trouble and I would be happy to help out if other horses are kept.
So please if you can help in anyway I would realy appreceate it.
Thankyou. :)

Hi sorry I can't be of any help but check the NFED as I am 'friends' with them on facebook and I often see adverts for grazing on their page...

Good luck hope you find somewhere soon

How many horses are being kicked off - is it just yours??? How many acreage is it - can you come to some sort of compromise????

Lexie81 Thanks for that I have looked on there but nothing realy sutable. Mainly yards offering Livery. I may put my own ad up and see if anything comes up. :)

amymay just mine. I rent two small paddocks down the back Prob just over an acre at a push. There are three other fields but they all have horses in. We've just sent a txt to ask how long we have to move the boys but havn't had an answer yet. :(

Ah, so little room for manouvrability.....

Can your two go in the other fields with the other horses - if there's enough room??

Not realy any room. :( To many horses on not enough land.
Some of the other horses arn't all that friendly either so I don't want to risk my boys getting hurt.

It prob sounds like i'm being difficult I know but They are 30min drive away!
I'm looking in our local feed and tackshops For ads.
Don't get me wrong I'm not asking for something directly on my doorstep. I am prepared to cycle to do the horses. But the area Longacre feeds is in is way to far away. :(

Give Aivly a ring and see if they know anywhere, do you mean you have to be in cycling distance of Ringwood or did I get that wrong? Someone does grass livery near me but that is in Linwood so not really do-able twice a day on a bike. What about giving Bagnum a call as well?

irishcob Thankyou I had seen her ad on NFED. Gotta work out if she's to far away. (My geog is soooooo rubbish :p :( )

Thankyou sue_nf I'm going to pop in and see Aively as soon as I can. Have a look on the notice bord and talk to the girls who work in there. I'll ask the OH about linwood Not entirely shore where it is. I currently cycle to Gorley to work so will cycle a fair old way for my ponies :)

How about Newlands Farm ? I've heard they have a good reputation and do grass livery, supposed to have over 50 acres where they are, not far from the Alice Lisle inn and direct access to the forest if you want the hacking.

Thankyou gala Sadly I think she is right and it would be to far to cycle to :( I was talking to the other horse owners here lastnight and they are trying to see what can be done so we can stay here. :) Not shore it will work though :( So thankyou all for the help. I'll keep all the numbers incase the worst does happen. We are still not entirely shore why I have to move out my paddocks but I think it's because of how wet they are so I'm praying for it to dry up quickly then maybe I can stay :) But looking at the weather I don't think thats going to happen :( Someone did suggest Herbs could live in the school.

Do you get the use of stables for your two Laura? If it is just an issue about the field drying up, could they live in for a few weeks with turnout in the arena? I know it isn't ideal but might mean you didn't have to move. It will soon be March and everywhere will dry up. I hope so anyway, my fields are pretty much a swamp again after drying up really well :(

Other than that I agree with whoever said go round your local farmers and beg!

Good luck I hope you can get sorted soon.
