Desperately need large bales of straw delivered to Berkhamsted/Hemel Hempstead area

The title says it all really, i am in great need of large bales of straw that can be delivered to me as my usual suppliers can't spare this year.

Does anyone know of any suppliers that have straw to sell that can be delivered??

I might be being stupid but is a medium square bale much smaller than a large!??

Whereabouts are you? Are there any arable farmers nearby? If so call in and ask if they have straw for sale - many will sell but do not necessarily advertise.

About 10 but i need a regular supply.
I have been using farmers but as both have cattle and there is a shortage they can't supply me at the mo as need it themselves. I have heard that large bales will cost about £40 each now since the shortage!

Contact livestock auctioneers, near us ,Northamptonsire, a person had large round bales for sale, H H Bletsoe are the auctioneers.

Im not sure what they mean - it might mean a small Hesston about 4 foot square ?
