My friend is desperately seeking a some one to possibly reback her youngster and school him on slightly. She has been really unlucky in the individuals she has chosen to help her! (1 had to stop to do exams, the other beat her horse for not moving, till he had swellings all over , and several other people have bailed along the way due to other commitments) the horses isn’t particularly difficult and is a real sweetheart just seems to be afraid of men!
So as she would prefer recommendations, does anyone know of anyone in the south east, she is in surrey but can travel.

Thanks for your reply, she would prefer to send him away so he can seen new things as he has never really ever left her yard.
Personally I think he’s had a few bad experiences, he also had a really poor start to life and he’s a little backward because of it (not mentally but physically) his previous owners took him to a Monty Roberts clinic where they tried to break him in, and he threw himself on the floor, I wasn’t there but that’s the story. He’s had several saddlery issues but that has been sorted and has also had teeth and back checked. He was going well with the first person who broke him, walking and trotting round the school but then he started to refuse to walk and then would leap forward (probably due to the previous saddle), anyway that person had to stop due to exams, then the horse got a kick in the field and was out of work for 2mths with a massive infection and suspected broken leg and it was the second person who hit him. So I’m not sure exactly what he needs.

I can also recommend Jason. Sarah the yard manager is also brilliant, she held our hand while my daughters horse went in for 'sorting-out' after a loaner scared the poor thing half to death. I would recommend giving them a call 07749 914267.

Try Ramzi Hijjarwi, he's absolutely brilliant I will pm you his mobile number he might be able to help you, depending on where in Surrey, I wouldn't have anyone else help me with my youngster who had major 'issues' with men and life in general !

Another vote for Jason Webb, he is great with sorting problems and/or breaking horses in. I sent my boy to him for a couple is issues ... all sorted within a week or so - :)
