Hi,

Does anyone have / know of a second hand Saddle Company GP 17" for sale?

I'm scouring ebay/preloved and searching google daily but really struggling and could use some help.

Maybe you or a friend has one gathering dust in the tackroom?

I have a share horse I am riding that I am learning a lot off! But he really needs a replacement saddle.

I only have him on a share until the end of July when I return to NZ. I want to get a saddle for him, and leave it behind when I leave as a way of saying thankyou to him for all that he has taught me.

I have a budget of GBP250 but can stretch a bit.

Cosmetic appearance of saddle not important, only function.
Girth straps must be in good condition, but will consider anything.

Any help much appreciated - Even suggestions of sites or saddlers to phone around.

Saddle Seek had lots of great saddles, but no Saddle Company yet, but it's a good site so I'll keep checking there.

I'd tried Saddles Direct, but will keep looking there too.

There's a lovely one in the saddlers at Somerford Park in Cheshire for £250. I nearly bought it but changed my mind.

- Saddle Company Saddle found and fitted!

And both horse and rider much happier:)

Found a good quality second hand Cob and had it reflocked and fitted by Saddle company fitter.
