Desperatley needing an intructor

Well, first things first i have a horse that has never been properly excersiszed in his whole life until august last year when i baught him, i was never allowed an instructor on the livery stables i kept him, so obviously i moved, but it was only recently, i need a good instructor for dressage and showjumping i dont mind having two separate instructors, or one thats teaches both so long as they are good enough to teach both in detail
im based in the nottinghamshire area, right near the A614, my horse and i are desperate for some outside help as i feel we are not progressing
