Dont be daft - you seen the damage cattle do????
An awful lot of people will sacrifice a field for winter grazing. Once the horses move on to their spring or summer pasture the field is rolled, harrowed, fertilised and rested - and comes back as good as new.
It's all about management - and we don't have a weed in site.
