hi guys
visiting OH mum in Tiverton this weekend, and while she is lovely, a bit old and batty, she does start to wind me up when i have been asked the same thing for the 5th time!
SO.......
i thought i would ask you lovely people if there are any tack shops in tivvy or exeter or anywhere nearby!
would love them to have rug sales on................

the only one i can really think of is town and country on outskirts of exeter! if u google it u should find directions. have fun!

Mole Valley Farmers and Acorn Saddlery at South Molton. That's not too far from Tivvy.
As for Tivvy itself, Wychanger Barton is nice.
Exeter has the Farmer's friend - often has good bargains.

You've got Tuckers and Mole Avon in Crediton, not far from Tivvy.

Yup - Town and Country is good, Mole Valley in Cullompton is good and I've been to Wychanger Barton once and that was pretty good too! That's about it though!

Town & Country has a fair bit but expensive (can give good directions from Tivvy

Whychanger is small not much choice in general but lots of tack (master saddler) and good for 2nd hand saddles Easy to find on Cullompton/taunton road.
Tiverton you have acorn saddlery, again small but master saddler again
Mole Valley in Cully has a fair bit but cheaper end although they had a load of rugs on sale when I was in there the other week but only 'odd' sizes left. Supplements they have are cheap though

Also Exeter EC close but actually forget that just looked and they have cancelled this weekend's senior BSJA to lay brand new warm up (is quite excited about that in hope that its bigger!!!!)

Waterman's is right in Tiverton - just off the roundabout past the college. They have a few bits and pieces in there to browse through - If you are really really bored - I live just 16 miles to the north and would happily pop the kettle on!

Heard and Sendell in Tiverton often have Masta rugs on offer. They are a farm and garden shop but are only open Sat. morning same as Watermans. Wychanger Barton is a nice place to go.
