I have ust been having a sixth month old saddle adjusted, I am very unhappy about many aspects of the service - what would you do?

Has anybody got any experience of this and how did you get them to pull their socks up!

I am in the process of getting one altered. Was very impressed with the time spent checking and adjusting before it was taken away. Will let you know how it fits when i get it back next week. However, I stupidly didn't ask how much it would cost to have it re-fitted (horse has changed shape). i am still in shock about the 250 pound charge.

The guy who did it is the head honcho for the whole of the South and is French. Assuming it wasn't him you dealt with, I can give you his contact number as he appears to be quite senior in the organisation and may well be able to help you.

Thanks, I've sent them an email to give them the opportunity to put it right, but if this doesn't work, I might take you up on that!
