DH has anyone had rugs yet?

I ordered 3 rugs last week non of which have turned up yet, I have rung them and queried it and was told 2 were picked up by courier should come tomo, I asked about which rugs were coming and it seems that my order has been mixed up?? I know i ordered 2 combo light rugs but 2 different designs one was £25 and the other £35 i also ordered a standard neck rainsheet at £25 and that has not set off yet!! They said I ordered 2 £35 combo's I know i didnt as only ordered one then rang back and did a 2nd order for another type of rug in different size.
Im so confused, i have no idea what i will get?? Should i just be grateful if they turn up?

Well i only got the clothes i ordered the week before that yesterday so could be next week!!! Hope that makes sense!!!

I ordered two rugs last week. I got two emails , one on friday and one on monday saying that each rug had been dispatched. Havent yet got them though . Im hoping they come tomorrow.

Got an email Monday to say one of my three rugs has been despatched but haven't turned up yet. But haven't even got my tops from the previous week yet! May not bother with them anymore in the future! I'm also still waiting for a coat for me that my mum ordered 04-09!
