Ok, so DH just rang me and my hat is FINALLY on its way via courier to my local shop. WO FRICKIN HOO!!

After many phone calls to the shop and to head office, the hat has been "released" and should be with me in a week!

Bet it wont fit now!

ha, if you see it in a week and its the right size, colour, and indeed is a hat, i'll...well, i'll eat your hat!

Don't even go there with DH, two friggin months I waited for a mane and tail rake and was repeatedly promised it would be in next week. Had planned to boycott them but took up their offer on the combo rug and guess what it happened again this time I phoned up to winge and aked had they actually got any combo rug in 6'3 I could buy as my horse was cold, my rug turned up two days later. Also hate that they use Home Delivery Network who are pants at reliability.

If you look up HDN couriers on the internet you may get more of an idea, seems that parcels go all around the country before they might end up at the right destination and then only if the driver bothers to get out of the vehicle and deliver it.

Totally agree see my earlier post about the courier leaving the packages at the bottom of the drive. If my £90 Cavallo breeches had gone missing who would be liable for that? My word against theirs?? Thankfully it was just a pair of gloves that didn't turn up and I eventually got a refund but only after several phonecalls and being told they did have some, and not getting them either!! Arrrrggghhhhhhh!

Well if you saw my experiences (on Moonwalker's last post about DH) I can confirm that the couriers got all three rugs, wanted and unwanted, to me simultaneously....wished they hadn't

Seems to be the way, if its not a vital item it comes immediately (or in your case even one that you want) but if its important then it takes ages. I don't like ordering from Robinsons either but atleast whichever company couriers for them uses some commonsense and puts parcels in the shed at the back of the house and lets me know on the card. I always request this for deliveries but I think some companies just can't be ar@ed to walk down the drive to the back of the house and put it in the shed.
