Di Cornish stepping down as CEO of BS.

I'm not surprised she stepped down - if you read the minutes of the September 2009 meeting everyone sounds like rowdy children and the are even referring to "infighting" in minutes.

Sadly the BS / BSJA is not currently a very professional organisation

Wonder how they are going to start looking for a replacement or whether its a done deal?
 
Yes I had read the minutes and I agree entirely, it did sound like a rabble of immature idiots at times. Reading between the lines of her comment from yesterdays announcement it sounds like she has tired of some of those around her which is very understandable imo.

She is from an external professional business environment and i'm not sure how anyone is supposed to work with ' horse people' some of who are so behind the times in modern thinking and people skills it would defy belief to an outsider. All I would say is you can clearly see why the sport is in such a mess and she has decided to move on. Crating change and progress when dragging people behind you rather than progressing with you must be a totally thankless task.
