Not sure but she is now a mum

Equity

Ellie has now had 3 foals since her retirement from the ring. She has taken to motherhood like a duck to water, but she can still show the turn of foot that won her so many speed classes in her heyday.

In 2005 she did not get in foal to her only insemination, so we decided to give her a break as it was late enough in the year. We are pleased to report that Ellie produced a filly foal on 21st March 2007, having been successfully inseminated at the Willesley Equine Clinic in Gloucestershire using chilled semen from Balou du Rouet. She is a very bright and alert filly with long white socks nearly to her knees and hocks, and a big white blaze. We will certainly see her coming! Mother and daughter are doing well.

Thank you for the info. There was an article long time ago that she was sella francais, french bred. I am just trying to find out bit more because I used to loan her half sister who was sella francais too and cracking mare who gave me a beautiful filly.
