Just curious if anyone has any suggestions on this one, I walk a lovely 10 year old staffie who was diagnosed with diabetes a few months ago. He was very very overweight so vet said he needed to go on a strict diet and put him on insulin. He has lost an alarming amount of weight very quickly and his last check still showed he had very high blood sugar. He is being checked again on 11th but the vet has said they may need to start looking at underlying issues as he has lost too much weight and his sugar level is worrying them. Any ideas what else may be going on? Hopefully they will get some answers in a couple of weeks and he is bright and happy still so that's good.
