I have a miniature Shetland 9 month old, she is fine in herself, eating fine, drinking etc...

But she has had "cow pat like poop" for a while have tried probiotic by naff but didn't do anything. Have been recommend to use pepto bismol?

Food wise she is on sure grow & chaff - grass in the day and hay at night.

could anyone help with this at all?

My TB had this.

He was drenched, had probiotics, lots of fibre, calmers and a fecal test which came back all clear.

The one thing that helped and has cleared him up is tissue salts (or cell salts)

He was on number 10 Nat Sulf. You dissovle 5 tablets in water and syringe it into their mouth once a day. Nice and easy, not expensive and only gets loose when he is out at shows, which is stress related not due to anything else :)

I have used Gastro-Kalm by Equus Health for this type of problem in the past. You should be able to get it from your feed store or you can buy it online. It is a charcoal supplement so it helps to remove any toxins which could be aggravating the gut. Is her worming up to date?
