Did anyone else cry today after reading report in papers?

I broke my heart when I read in The Express about the colt in Chertsey, Surrey. I'm not going into detail or say what I think about the gutter dwelling low life who were responsible as I know kids use this forum. I just hope they're tracked down and severely punished - but of course animal cruelty isn't regarded as worthy of a lengthy imprisonment!!

I didn't cry but I felt very, very angry and spent a while thinking of a punishment suitable for the absolute b@@@@@@@ who did this. RIP little foal.

I read it today and bawled my eyes out! The poor colt could have had a chance of living if only the people had the decency to call the bloody vet out.

MrsM, you summed it up. How those people can call themselves human I don't know. I saw it last night, but saw it again on telly this morning and it really shook me up. The look on the poor mite's face. I can't imagine what went through his mind.
I just hope I never meet the b*stards who did it.
