Did anyone see the bionic vet last night ?

Amazing work he does. Not sure all of it sits well with me though if i'm honest. The cat who had his feet replaced seemed to be wearing high heels at the back and I couldn't see how that will help his frame long term, but hey what do I know.

A colleagues friend was operated on there last year, a one years lab who had her elbows replaced due to arthritis. Apparently he can do ten of these ops a day A lovely guy though by all accounts.

Still got mixed thoughts, at first I was thinking the cat should definitely be pts, but have to admit it was quite amazing how it walked round and even jumped on its new feet. The old lab however I felt should not have gone through the surgery, he was stiff in all his joints, and couldn't quite see how his quality of life would improve enough to justify the operation. I will watch the other programmes in the series before I decide fully how I feel. To be picky, what did bug me was when he kept referring to the animals "wrists" and "fingers".
