Did anyone watch the British Breeding "backing showjumpers" webcast last night?

As a general note I do think that trying to make a video of backing youngsters is always fraught with difficulty and open to misinterpretation. Little aspects of backing works fine, but I think trying to show the whole process (whatever your methodology) is tricky. Ultimately, working with young horses makes pretty dull viewing most of the time, but those repetitive, boring bits are just as important as the breakthrough bits. It is hard to get a balanced, well rounded video together while still making it interesting viewing.
