As title took him in on Thursday am picked him up late afternoon, he was a bit groggy it was to be expected.
Friday back to normal though having to walk him on lead for 7-10 days which is not going to be easy.
Today Saturday he has swelling around the scrotum area but no heat but rang vet who said it was normal and just to put ice pack on it which will reduce it.
Appointment on Monday for his post op check, fingers crossed everything ok.

To say im a little over anxious is putting it mildly Thursday night I was up on the hour every hour checking him a bit ott but having lost a dog(Fred) not to neutering but at vets Im ultra careful. My friend helped me back to planet earth by telling me her son who is a game warden in Africa regularly walks in Elephant grass which is a hot spot for Black Mambas but she puts it to the back of her mind and tries not to think about it.

My ass needed that:D

Please give me any tips or things I should be looking out for.

Bye bye boy bits! :D The only thing I look for other than swelling is them licking or nibbling it obviously. I'm sure he'll be fine and now at least your mind is at rest that it's done.

My boys don't envy him the ice pack!:D

Thanks Guys Ive been out of touch for a few days my computer infected with a nasty virus. Now sorted by a lovely computer man and Im up and running.

Vet check today is fine and one next week, vet thought he had very little swelling some come up as big as oranges.

My friends dog has been in the wars, wasnt very well kept being sick so took him to the vet and it seems he had eaten a towel(thats springers for you):D ithad twisted round his bowel poor chap. Had to have a op to remove, this was yesterday and today he is fine but they are keeping him another night at vets to make sure he can pass stuff.
