thanks, she is a sweetheart. Yeah all the dobes are gorgeous. amazing that Daisy came from a litter of 16!! I have never heard of a dobe litter that big. she is a lovely BIG girl :D
would love to see littlelegs dobeX at the tea party lol xx

Lovely dobes everyone :)

Not sure about her siblings as we got her from about 3 hours away so harder to keep in touch (very hard to find good doberman breeders as we found!).
Both of her parents were very tall and big boned though- the poor breeder was so tired after bottlefeeding so many puppies from that litter!

Had never really had much to do with dobes before having Daisy but she is the most amazing family dog- so loving and gentle with everyone but come night time she is a very scary guard dog! :)

How old is Daisy? Millitiger and whats her breeding pm if you would rather do that.

Ive found my Dobes didnt mature mentally until about 3yrs old although that was males Darcy, matured earlier. I just love the fact that they just have a six sense for what isnt right and go into guard mode.

What gorgeous dobes you all have - in fab condition too!

There is a love-erly very large one we see on our walks called Hank :D his mum makes him wear a very pretty pink diamante choker (much to his disgust) but we tell him he is man enough to get away with it! :p

Daisy is 8 this year :)

Not sure what her breeding is, I will check this weekend and let you know.

She was a bit rubbish at recall and had selective hearing on walks until she was around 3 or 4 but she is super now.
She has always had a great guarding instinct, even as a puppy and loves trotting around the perimeter of her territory, barking at the world. She seems to come alive at night time!

She is extremely lazy apart from her walks and anytime spent at home is in bed or sunbathing in the garden.

I would be interested in her breeding too :)
I got my first Dobermann nearly 30 years ago. I fell in love with them when my mum lived in Holland and that was that. Cara has the sweetest nature, i went specifically to 'Fairbrigg' dobermanns, lovely people that i have known since I started showing in the mid 80's. They always bred for temperament, their 7 year old grand daughter competed in junior handling to quite a high level and also showed in the ring with some of their dogs and they never put a foot wrong with her. Cara is incredibly intelligent and instinctive, we are just in tune. I never have to tell her in a 'cara heel!' sort of way, it is more like a conversation, like 'can you walk beside me for a minute, here's a tractor coming' lol. Soft as she is, she is still a great guard, hears everything and has to know what is going on. I think she matured quite quickly, the girls do tho'. I could go on about how wonderful she is all day lol. I can't imagine having anything else. I did have a lab when i got my first dobe and loved him to bits but now it has to be a dobe.
