Difference between normal and pony wintec saddle

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the difference between the normal Wintec and Pony Wintec saddles, as there is quite a price difference. Currently looking at 16.5inch saddle. So trying to understand what the difference between a normal 16.5inch and pony 16.5inch is. Thanks

Do they even do a 42cm or 16.5 in the pony range? I thought max was 16"?

The flap length is really quite different! Pony ones good for really little legs where the stirrups might not reach below on the standard model.
